We are working with an innovative, high growth healthcare business with a global presence (Oceania, SE Asia and Europe) and a key focus on improving patient lives and the lives of their families. The business prides itself on treating and innovating within the most significant spaces of healthcare treatment and getting the best possible outcomes for patients.

THE ROLE:

The innovation team are building a digital platform to further their effectiveness and efficiencies surrounding patient care. Reporting to the Head of Innovation, key respnsibilities include:

  • Scope, design and implement the operating model for new services, models of care, techniques and platforms
  • Design and optimise the processes, workflow and structure across customer experience
  • Engage national and practice teams to assess the current state and co-develop future state design (people/process/platform)
  • Monitor and evaluate implementation effectiveness and outcomes (advise on adjustments to design and implementation approach accordingly)
  • Provide business ownership and direction to drive business intelligence, analytics and insight
  • Develop and implement defined business requirements, support data exploration and validation, master data management, user-acceptance testing, documentation and staff training)

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Mangement consulting experience (from a recognised firm) with a focus on strategy or operational consulting
  • Undergraduate degree in Science / Commerce / Engineering / Business-related fields
  • Experience within healthcare (whether industry or project experience) or the public sector highly desirable
  • Experience in process design and/or Lean methodologies highly desirable
  • Engage national and practice teams to assess the current state and co-develop future state design (people/process/platform)
