Utilising disruptive thinking, strategic mindset and strong communication between key stakeholders gained from previous experience, this role entails working closely with internal stakeholders. Our client is seeking a strong person to develop and effectively execute the strategy to ensure company growth. You will manage strategic planning and investment, effectively execute project portfolios, lead initiatives, analyse performance insights, yet be exposed to long-term career development.

Responsibilities Include:

  • In collaboration with the CEO and Group executive team, lead strategy analysis and stakeholder engagement for strategy development, planning and performance monitoring.
  • Establishing internal networks to work collaboratively alongside the Group Strategic Manager and other key functions and divisions to execute key projects
  • Facilitate discussions with key stakeholders to discover ideas to engage, communicate and evolve strategy
  • Leverage research and analysis to discover opportunities to disrupt or risks of being disrupt
  • Ensures the voice of the customer is reflected and integrated into strategic decision making
  • Craft strategic recommendations based on detailed qualitative and quantitative analysis
  • Drive the thinking and approach of advanced research to deliver significant insight to stakeholders

Key Skills:

  • Gained your Strategy toolkit from a leading management consulting house
  • Proven lateral thinking skills and ability to deliver original solutions to complex problems
  • Strong financial acumen and strategic analysis skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to facilitate sessions and to constructively challenge ideas
  • Proven experience in leading and coaching others and ability to exercise influence over junior and senior stakeholders
  • Experience leading projects collaboratively across multiple business units
