Role and Responsibilities:
Initial responsibility will be to drive projects within the Group Strategy function and ensure the development and implementation or strategic initiatives are effective and expedient and delivered across the business.
The role facilitates engagement with the leadership team to develop the strategic direction and this role will then be tasked with facilitating successful inorganic growth outcomes that compliment the organisations corporate strategy. Key to the candidates success will be their ability to build strong relationships with senior leaders across the business and with multiple stakeholders.
Integral to this senior manager role will be the requirement to nurture, mentor, inspire and direct a team of top tier strategy experts to both compliment their skill set and ensure the success of the group and the wider business in turn.
