This role will give you the opportunity to engage with the Leadership Team and work collaboratively as a part of a team to manage and implement conduct risk projects across the Business Banking team. This role will suit someone who thrives on engaging with the business to understand where the gaps are when it comes to conduct risk, and developing a plan to build and uplift the conduct risk frameworks.

On a day-to-day basis you will:

  • Lead conduct initiatives by defining and delivering operational uplift and controls
  • Develop conduct standards and principles and embed them across Business Banking
  • Collaborate with business partners, identify the need for, and own the development of conduct capability
  • Develop conduct governance, reporting and metrics

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • Understanding of Corporate Banking (product value chains and end-to-end process management)
  • Demonstrated ability to influence partners and consult across all levels, functions and businesses
  • Strong analytical, research and problem solving skills
  • Ability to provide customer advocacy on improving business processes
  • Ability to work in an ambiguious environment and drive and uplift risk capability through ambiguity
