Senior Change Manager opportunity on relocation program

A leading Global Financial Services organisation with a huge pipeline of projects is looking to engage a strong Change Manager to lead a major relocation project.

This requires a seasoned Change professional - the project has high visibility throughout the business impacting the frontline through to the C-level executives. While IT is a major part of this relocation, the focus of this role is on cultural impact on the organisation.

In addition to the core skills of a Change Manager, this position will be expected to possess:

  • Ability to assess current scope of the project and provide appropriate recommendations
  • Highly developed communication, liaison, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  • Strong planning skills and ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines
  • Develops effective relationships with key stakeholders and is seen as a trusted advisor on the management of people related to business risks and project benefits
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Ability to establish effective project governance and controls
  • Strong business judgement

To be successful in this role you must have:

  • Strong track record of delivering end to end complex programs
  • Prior experience on relocation project with a focus on structural and cultural change
  • Ability to be flexible and adapt to an environment with lots of ambiguity and a changing landscape
