The Role

You will support the CRO Quantitative Risk and the Financial and Insurance Risk team in the monitoring, measurement and development of risk metrics, processes and procedures.

Your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

  • Assist ERM and business units in regulatory and Group led risk management initiatives (eg ICAAP, model risk governance and aggregate risk exposures)
  • Produce and improve regular Risk reporting processes eg. aggregate risk exposures
  • Assist in delivery of relevant financial and insurance risk work eg. model risk reviews
  • Build and leverage working relationships and understand business imperatives

The Successful Candidate

  • Financial & insurance risk management experience in financial services (banking or insurance or investments)
  • Previous modelling / analytical experience
  • Demonstrated experience in establishing and maintaining effective stakeholder relationships
  • Possess Actuarial studies, Accounting, Statistics, Finance or equivalent qualifications
