Project Coordinator

Working with this leading NSW Government Organisation in the role of Project Coordinator, you will provide administrative and project support to senior project management staff involved in the development, delivery and management of complex ICT projects.

Key accountabilities;

  • Meeting scheduling often coordinating a large group of stakeholders
  • Taking meeting minutes
  • Maintaining issues, risks and action registers
  • Following up action items from meetings
  • Collating status reports (from information provided by project managers)
  • Support multiple projects within a program of work
  • Supporting resources for reconciling project financials
  • Support project managers in maintaining project schedules
  • Diary management and coordination
  • Facilities administration/coordination (access, workstations, IT, on boarding/off boarding)
