With such expansion on the cards, there is appetite from the business to bring in a Senior Leader to develop new client relationships, build a network of projects, and deliver high value engagements within a sector or function of choice.

The Role

An exciting opportunity exists to enter as a senior leader, and be a part of this remarkable growth journey! As a valued member of the team, you will contribute to a high-performing, entrepreneurial team, and advance the firm's Australian reputation.

Specifically, you will:

  • Nurture and grow client relationships and take ownership of all aspects of business development for your function,
  • Lead high value client engagements, managing case teams to deliver outstanding results
  • Influence senior-level thinking and stakeholders at all levels and move clients to action
  • Coach, develop, mentor and train more junior staff members, and help with internal practice development activities

Your Profile

A dynamic and passionate individual, you will be excited about building your own practice within a thriving environment. You'll be entrepreneurial and growth-minded; while you still love the world of management consulting, you're ready to do things a little differently. Specifically, you will have:

  • An extensive management consulting experience in a highly regarded local consulting firm - and a network within the Australian market (bonus points if it's within FMCG);
  • Consistently surpassed sales and growth targets in your current environment, and be hungry for more free reign to grow in the direction you choose;
  • Structured problem solving methodology and analytical capability, and the ability to deliver large scale strategic projects
  • Demonstrated ability to own all elements of project lifecycle, and spot synergies between various problems to enable client teams to connect and discuss best practice
  • A collaborative approach and proclivity for team building, practice development and working closely with other consultants.
