This is a highly visible role, working closely with client raised incidents on escalation points to determine decision points.
Ensure effective risk control measures are in place and adequate company protection from AML and fraud is adhered to.
Creating contingency plans based on volume of accounts, predict changes based on internal and external factors, and conduct assumption reviews in line with customer obligations.
Escalating and reporting of issues to Operations support, Senior Management and to the client where applicable.
Develop and lead a large team, build long-term relationships across a range of stakeholders, driving value for the organisation throughout.
