Join this award-winning mortgage broker where you will play a critical role in independently investigating suspected, alleged or confirmed misconduct by brokers, customers and third parties.

This is an exciting opportunity to act as a trusted advisor to the business and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to investigations within the team and across the Australian business.

Role and Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Prepare and present reports for the Board, Executive Risk Committee, Management and Broker Governance Panel in relation to investigations conducted
  • Conduct investigations in relation to potential broker misconduct or fraud matters
  • Enhance, develop and oversee implementation of fraud policies and procedures
  • Work closely with sales teams to raise awareness of common fraud themes
  • Contribute to continous development of standard operating procedures


  • 3+ years' Investigations experience within Financial Services
  • Strong knowledge of NCCP and other relevant regulations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills - to be able to interact with all levels of the business
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Enthusiasm and an ability to be proactive and work autonomously
