Customer Experience Strategy Principal
An exciting new strategic opportunity has arisen in one of Australia's iconic organisations. Our prestigious client is working to continuously look at ways to improve their customer's experience, and due to an increased focus in this area they are seeking an innovative Principal level CX consultant to improve customer advocacy. The role sits in the Customer Experience team which is aligned to the broader strategy function, this team is accountable for developing the strategic roadmap for the business and coordinating its execution with a particular focus on improving customer experience.
The Principal is accountable for leading a small team to develop the customer strategy around the strategic priorities. You will engage with senior stakeholders across the business to better understand the drivers of customer experience and drive change and continuous improvement to ensure alignment to the company's customer vision ensuring all activities have a positive impact to their customers
