Come on board a leading domestic Insurance services provider and manage the Disputes team, resolve internal and external disputes across A&NZ and liaise closely with external disputes and complaints regulatory bodies across Australia (AFCA, CGC) and New Zealand (FSCL).
Leverage your previous dispute resolution experience in managing and overseeing all the group internal and external disputes and complaints for the Australia and NZ region, in response to AFCA and FCSL frameworks.
Gain exposure to complete end-to-end customer experience through working closely with several business units including underwriting, claims and customer service to effectively handle and resolve all disputes and provide feedback to the business, analysis and trends.
Manage the Remediation Action Plan (RAP) for Internal Disputes Resolution, including identifying and reporting of RAP 'Learning Points' as well as attending meetings with ASIC and expert independent parties.
