The Financial Advice arm of a prestigious Australian financial institution. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your career engaging with market leaders in the Financial Advice space.

Role Overview

This organisation is embarking on a large review of their financial advice business. As the Change Manager you will be responsible for shaping the change effort, identifying impacted stakeholders, and taking them on the change journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work autonomously partnering with Project team and Business Owners
  • Drive out the full range of change deliverables
  • Develop and execute a change transition plan
  • Senior stakeholder management inc ELT meeting presence
  • Monitor and mitigate change risks, resistance and blockers
  • Creation and execution of end to end change for seamless adoption and embedment

Profile:

  • 3+ years experienceat Change Manager level
  • Experience in financial advice/financial planning
  • Compliance project experience
  • End to end change exposure
  • Financial Services experience a MUST
