My client is looking for an Application Support Team Lead based in Sydney CBD. You will lead the team of 6 in the delivery of technical services in a cloud-based environment via software, platform and infrastructure as a service and provide strategic direction and leadership on the implementation, ongoing support and continuous improvement of services and seeking opportunities for automation.
You will be responsible for driving a workforce culture of empowerment that focuses on building customer and stakeholder relationships and the strong promotion of continuous improvement in a new and disruptive technological environment. You'll manage and plan the service delivery team's professional development and upskilling in order to meet the challenges of the digital transformation and cloud-based services. Using a strong but flexible approach to governance and a strong collaborative mindset, you will create strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external strategic partners to align our vision to ensure it is embedded in the execution.
