I work with financial services organisations during periods of Business and IT Transformation, focusing on Program/Project Management, PMO and Agile Delivery positions.
Be honest. In all aspects of finding a new role, from writing your CV, to speaking with your recruiter, to interviewing with your future employer, honesty pays dividends. If you are who you say you are, you're more likely to be more employable, professional, believable and secure the role you're applying for. Clients appreciate candidates who know their own strengths and weaknesses and appreciate clarity. It gives a great platform for synergy between all parties, and the best outcome can be achieved for you, as you will have a role suited to your skills, capability and with the added comfort that you will settle in from day one, without any hidden secrets.
I graduated Manchester University in 2011 with a Degree in Economics. I then landed my first role in recruitment focusing on the Oil and Gas Sector, for Oil companies operating all over the world. My clients were involved in projects over a $1 billion, and I had the opportunity to engage with technical professionals repsonsible for carrying out the day to day operations, but also the Senior managemnet teams wholly responsible for these budgets. I've then moved to positions with a strong focus on international client/business development across many major industries including, Engineering, Construction and Energy. After 6 years in the UK, I have moved to Australia to further my career and develop my experience within the senior appointments and Project management function.
