My Advice

Always consider your ultimate career objectives when making the next move, you will have several job changes throughout your career and a series of well planned moves will most likely get you there. When planning a move I would always consider, the people you can learn from, progression opportunities within the business, key stakeholders you will gain exposure to, cultural alignment of the business and remember it is all about who you know so networking is key.

My Background

With over 10 years recruitment experience, I joined Morgan McKinley as Joint Managing Director in April 2007 to launch the Australian operations. This role focused on the strategic growth of the business in this region.
