My client portfolio ranges from Financial Institutions, large domestic and international Banks through to Insurers and niche start ups/SMEs. I work with exceptional candidates by providing them with opportunities to progress their career with our clients.
Success = Opportunity + Preparation. Firstly create the opportunity by liaising with a consultant who is putting forward the right roles for you. If you’re making the move make sure it’s something that sparks your interest and will keep you challenged. Once you’ve got a consultant who has established an opportunity of interest then make sure you’re prepared. Preparation is the key to success. Work with your recruiter to gain insight into the company and prepare some informed questions to establish what’s ahead and whether you’re right for them. Then familiarise yourself with your resume, know it inside out and prepare five to six interview examples which showcase your skills and experience thoroughly. Finally, dress to impress; a football team wouldn’t start a match in old kit, ensure you’re in an outfit that makes you look and feel the part!
I joined Morgan McKinley in August 2016 where I have focused on Project and Change Management across a range of industries. Most recently I have specialised in Change recruitment in Financial Services.
I’ve always considered myself a people person but it wasn’t until initiating a career in recruitment that I realised how true this was. I pride myself on building strong relationships with candidates and clients, gaining a deep understanding of an individual’s requirements and motivators to orchestrate exceptional teams built for success. I spend time getting to know the culture of every organisation I work with, keeping up to date with structural changes to ensure I can find the best talent to suit the clients needs.
