As a part of Morgan McKinley's commitment to thought leadership, we held our bi-annual Strategy and Projects Breakfast in November.  We brought together leaders to exchange insights, challenges, trends, and innovative solutions.  Together they tackled the subject of Agile Transformation.

A huge thank you to all that attended, in what was our biggest breakfast event to date.  I hope you found it as insightful as we all did here at Morgan McKinley.

It was great to hear from so many people on some of the challenges faced by individuals and businesses.  Indeed there is a common theme we've seen across a lot of business' undergoing an Agile Transformation, whether it's difficulty gaining executive sponsorship, or shifting the mindset of existing delivery teams from doing agile to being agile.

A special thanks to Jody Weir Head of Agility at AMP as our MC and our panel;
Rob Marcolina - Group Executive - Strategy, Transformation and IT at Qantas
Dennise Openshaw - Digital Delivery and Agile Transformation Executive Consultant
Sarah Atkinson – Founder/Principal Consultant - Digital Transformation, Enterprise Agile at Pragmateam
Tzipi Avioz - IT Director, Customer Solutions and New Zealand at AMP
Tony Nguyen – Enterprise Agile and Innovation Lead at CBA

If you are interested in hearing more about the Agile market, latest opportunities or you are looking for talented Agilists yourself, please do not hesitate to reach out to either myself or one of the IT & Business Transformation team at Morgan McKinley.

Enjoy the festive break and we look forward to seeing you all at our next breakfast in 2017.
