We have spent a lot of time as a business working through what it really means to ‘go beyond’ - helping our clients find and attract the best talent to achieve their goals, and helping our candidates secure the best opportunities to progress and do what they love.
While measuring our NPS score is very important (and we do take pride in our overall score of 67.3 as of April 2019), the same framework is applied to our consultants, where their quarterly NPS scores are calculated from feedback from clients and candidates.
By providing the necessary tools and the right environment for our people, we allow them to be the best versions of themselves and achieve their career aspirations. From here, the inner drive and motivation to succeed and deliver comes from within.
