Morgan McKinley were proud to partner with the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) on yet another fantastic event!
The IIBA put on a fantastic event with some inspirational keynote speakers and workshops at the Sheraton on the Park. There were discussions around upcoming trends and changing methods in the Business Analyst market.
Keynote speakers James King and Mike Boutel gave fantastic insights into their respective discussions. Each presenter bought to the table different topics, viewpoints, advice and their own experiences in the project world.
A notable mention is Philip Dove who is Head of Project Management and Business Analysis at AMP. Philip shared his insights into what makes a great leader, often drawing on a comparison from his days in the army when discussing 'great revolutions need great leaders'.
We also attended Desmond J Seeley and Briana Ertanin’s insightful workshop around Story Mapping: the art of Business Analysis in the Agile Landscape. This was such an amazing opportunity for the team to get stuck in and broaden our understanding of the Business Analyst role.
The team loved the opportunity to meet Business Analyst professionals from different markets, organisations and backgrounds.
Across the Business Analyst team, we each specialise in different industries and are always looking to connect with great talent. If you would like to have a discussion with one of the team or are looking for your next role we would love to hear from you.
