Job Description
As part of a global Management Consultancy this role involves quality assuring the Business Change elements of IT driven business projects.
- Support IT project community in understanding what the Business Change management means for their projects and in the completion of their project assurance plans with regard to Business change Management
- Define processes to identify sample projects which will require support to assure their compliance with the Business Change Management section of the Project Delivery Framework
- Develop framework on how Business Change Management and Communications should be used to support ongoing operational services
- Provide detailed guidance to complete change management deliverables for small projects where there is no formal or skilled project change / communications resource
- Develop and maintain Asset Overview documents (summary packs with a defined structure, to support IT project teams in their initial project planning and engagement with client asset teams)
The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and key stakeholder management skills. The ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both in the written word and orally on a number of levels is imperative. This role will entail the education of the wider Global IT Project Manager Community (circa 100).
Based at client site, you will have the opportunity to provide business change management support for transitions associated with global CIO endorsed initiatives. You will support ongoing operational services in business change management and communications planning, in line with the framework developed.
