Role and Responsibilities:

This role will be responsible for contributing to the framework development and policy setting of the group operational risk function. You will be responsible for the operational risk embedment into the various business lines of the bank. You will be part of a senior team where thought leadership is encouraged and commercial thinking critical.

To be successful in this role you must be able to demonstrate a number of years operational risk experience gained in a financial services environment. You will have worked with frameworks and be adept at identifying gaps for policy improvement. Interpersonal and communication skills are critical in this role as is the ability to apply an audit lens to risk identification.
