This leading bank is entering an exciting period of growth, and is currently looking for an exceptional Strategy Manager, to add value within their dynamic and talented Strategy Team.

Due to a healthy pipeline of exciting new projects, this major industry player is looking for an exceptional Management Consultant to focus on Corporate Strategy, Strategic planning and to provide specialist and expert advice to key stakeholders across the business.
You will be responsible for shaping and developing domestic and international growth opportunities, and utilising scenario planning to build consensus for recommendations, while generating strategic debate.
Working with likeminded peers from Top tier Consulting firms, your management skills will be tested daily as you lead engagements across a range of complex and diverse Corporate Strategy projects, while coaching and mentoring junior members of the team.

You will come from a Top tier Management Consulting firm (McKinsey, Boston Consulting Group or Bain). You must have proven success formulating and delivering thought leadership, advice and guidance within a project environment, together with a strong commercial acumen.
A proven track record of building strong collaborative working relationships with key partners, and the ability to influence and persuade senior stakeholders will help drive this leading bank to succeed in their objective to be recognised globally.
