AP/AR Team Leader - Shared Services

Job Description

We are partnered with a highly successful client within the who are looking to onboard an experienced and competent AP/AR Team Leader within their Shared Services team to supervise and drive forward a small reconciliations team.

You will report to the Shared Services Manager and you will manage a busy reconciliations team ensuring that services are delivered to the expectations of stakeholders and that all processes and procedures are followed in accordance with the control environment.

Key responsibilities will include:

• High volume Bank Reconciliations
• Management of consolidated invoices
• PCARD management
• Travel management
• Extensive reporting
• Customer Service satisfaction
• Compliance
• Team mentoring

To be successful you should have:

• Thorough understanding of Shared Services enironment and processes; minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills
• Be customer service focused with experience consistantly reaching deadlines
• Experience mentoring a team and maximising output
• Experience working within an SAP environment
• Excellent organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail

You will be responsible for all reconciliations and interactions within internal business units, with external customers and you will also be responsible for reviewing systems and processes.
