Job Description
With Lean Six Sigma playing an integral role in the continued growth and success of the business, this global manufacturing business is looking for a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt to join their team.
In this National role, you will join a dedicated team that drives continuous improvement, cultural change, project management and other Lean Six Sigma methodologies across the business. This role will offer you the opportunity to work across a diverse range with business units and to travel interstate.
Responsibilities:
- Leading projects/teams in the review and analysis of business processes to improve quality and efficiency.
- Coaching to develop project objectives, such as outlining project requirements, scope, resources, team members, tasks, and project owners.
- Lead meetings to review and examine project completion, obstacles, problem resolution, timelines, recommendations, and conclusions.
- Perform analysis that involves the application of LSS principles/ practices.
- Coordinate site management and project owners to implement new processes or guidelines, determine improvements, identify and track savings.
- Coach Green Belts, Yellow Belts, and assists with LSS training as required.
Skills:
- Degree qualified
- Minimum 5 years of professional/industry experience
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification
- Proven history of leading business teams through project management using LSS methodologies
To be successful in this role you, will have strong analysis skills, solid statistics experience and will be adaptable to changing priorities. You will have excellent communication skills and be able to engage stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
Based at Norwest Business Park and paying a salary c$100,000, this role will offer the opportunity to work within an energetic, challenging and team focused environment.
