Accounts Payable Clerk with SAP

Job Description

Morgan McKinely is recruiting for a permanent Accounts Payable Officer within a well established FMCG organisation with our 50 years experience within the Australian market. This role has become available due to an internal promotion within the team.

Reporting directly to the AP Manager working in a team of approximately 15, this position is a full function AP role involving the following duties:

• All areas of accounts payable as well as supporting purchasing and other departments.
• Processing of up to 1000 invoices per month;
• Preparing and processing invoices;
• Bank and statement reconciliations;
• Preparing weekly and monthly EFT payment runs;
• Foeign Exchange and invoice processing;
• General ledger reconciliations and journals

The organisation is ideally looking for a dynamic, process driven individual who has the capacity to work on their own intiaitive, introduce improvements into the team if required, very focussed on attention to detail coupled with strong numeracy skills, a common-sense approach and strong communication and customer service skills. The client requires systems experience in SAP.
