Role and Responsibilities:

* Preparation and presentation of monthly performance reports.
* In-depth analysis on revenue, expenses, assets and liabilities.
* Provide financial analysis to respond to business requests.
* Engage in strategic projects and business case development.
* Add value to the budgeting and forecasting period.
* Management of a small team.

Qualifications:

* CA/CPA/CIMA qualification with 3 - 5 years FP&A experience.
* Experience with Retail Banking products and processes.
* Financial Modeling experience would be beneficial.
* Commercial analytical ability and experience.
* Exceptional communication skills essential as key liaison contact for senior management.
