Role and Responsibilities:

Working as part of the Purchase to Pay (PTP) team and reporting to the Finance Manager Compliance & PTP, you will provide local support for the Business in relation to the PTP process. Vendor payments are made by the Regional offshore Shared Service Centre (SSC) team and PTP orders are raised by the PTP Co-ordinators in Sydney.

The PTP Analyst is responsible for:

* Providing training and support to the business and Co-ordinators in relation to PTP processes
* Driving projects to completion
* Managing the relationship with the offshore SSC
* Championing and driving Travel & Expenses (T&E) compliance in Australia
* Taking ownership of the creditors ledger including optimising working capital, accurate forecasting and delivery/over delivery of the creditors component of cash targets.
* Providing strong support to the Finance Manager Compliance & PTP

Qualifications:

Currently working towards your CA/CPA qualifications, you will have previous experience in both accounting and analysis. A self starter, you will be able to manage time and deadlines successfully and keep stakeholders up to date with progress on projects. You will have exceptional communication skills and be able to build and maintain successful relationships with all levels across the business including the offshore SSC. Strong excel modelling skills are essential and experience using SAP is advantageous.
