Business Analyst

Job Description

Reporting directly to the Project Manager the Technical Business Analyst will be responsible for:

• Being the intermediary between the business and IT
• Gather and analyse requirements for the development of new applications and the upgrade of existing applications through interviews and workshops
• Map current (as is) and target (to be) processes
• Liaise with business users and manage stakeholder expectations
• Document technical requirements and present business case

Skills/attributes:

• 3 yeas + experience as a technical business analyst in an Agile development environment
• Proven effective stakeholder engagement skills
• End-to-end experience with the proven ability to add value at each stage of the project lifecycle
• Strong analytical skills to construct business cases
• Excellent communication skills to facilitate workshops and get credibility
• Attention to detail for process documentation
