Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Review and update policies and procedures
- Provide timely advice in relation to Compliance related enquiries
- Supervise surveillance and monitoring, for example staff trading and chinese walls
- Conduct desk reviews across the business to monitor for compliance with policies and procedures and prepare reports for management
- Maintain and improve the compliance framework
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years relevant regulatory experience
- Exceptional written and spoken communicator is essential
- Strong analytical skills
