With an unrivalled market presence and differentiated market positioning based on their understanding of their clients needs in the strategic transformation change space, my global consulting client is looking for a pre-eminent consulting senior manager to join their growing Strategy practice. This growth is due to a strong pipeline of complex strategy assignments.

The Strategy Senior Manager will assume responsibility for on selling, leading large scale and complex assignments, and assisting with practice management. Working across all industry sectors, you will assist your clients with their corporate vision, business unit strategy and help them to integrate their strategies with the rest of their businesses.

To be successful in this role you will have worked at senior level for a major consulting organisation, there is a strong preference for a tier 1 consulting background. You will have had proven track record of new business development and have lead sizable engagements. You will have demonstrated leadership capability and be a team player. Ideally you will have an MBA.
