Senior Strategy Manager - Financial Services

Job Description

This leading financial institution dominates a competitive market share and consistently outperforms the competition.

Due to a strong pipeline of exciting new projects, we are looking to assist our client in finding an exceptional, internal Strategy consultant to operate within the Group Strategy function to provide specialist and expert advice to key stakeholders in the early stage of project initiatives and to assist in building the pipeline.

You will lead engagements across a range of complex and diverse business matters.

Key requirements

• Extensive strategy consulting experience ideally from a band name external consulting environment
• Experience of a broad range strategic projects ideally to include NPI, Segmentation, and Operating model design
• Well versed in business case development
• Exceptional relationship building skills with the ability to build credibility and influence
• Finely tuned analytical skills - financial analysis/modeling
• Proven success in building a pipeline of strategy project work
• Ability to lead, coach and mentor

The successful candidate will be degree educated at a minimum.
