Tamara is a consultant in Morgan McKinley’s Accounting and Finance team in Sydney. She specialises in recruiting permanent qualified accounting professionals for the commerce and industry sector, specifically for the IT&T industry.

Prior to joining Morgan McKinley, Tamara gained valuable recruitment experience at an international recruitment firm in Sydney where she specialised in recruiting permanent roles for the commerce and industry sector, particularly transactional finance positions (non-qualified) up to national management level. This background equipped her with the necessary industry skills and experience to accurately assess her clients’ and candidates’ needs, and to ensure that the service she provides is tailored to fit those needs.

Tamara was born and raised in New Zealand, she relocated to Australia after graduating from university. She holds a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Psychology and a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Human Resource Management from the University of Canterbury. Tamara is a keen traveller and enjoys skiing and playing tennis.
