Sara has significant recruitment experience, particularly in the Sydney marketplace, and is well placed to provide clients with consultative advice including current market activity and salary trends. Sara is extremely client focused and works hard to develop strong working relations with her clients and to develop an understanding of their portfolio, project pressure points, culture and general resource requirements.

Sara began her financial recruitment career in 2002 working for a UK based recruitment firm. She relocated to Sydney in 2004 to take up a role with a global executive recruitment firm where she focused on senior finance, change, and project management positions.

Sara holds a BA (Hons) in Business Studies from Leeds Metropolitan University in the UK. She enjoys keeping active by walking her dog, regular gym sessions and skiing.
