Mary is a consultant for Morgan McKinley Australia’s Strategy division. She specialises in recruiting strategy professionals into the management consultancy and commercial sectors, with particular focus on the Financial Services, FMCG and Media Sectors.

Mary initially joined Morgan McKinley as a Researcher in 2010. She was then promoted to the role of a Consultant as a result of developing an extensive Candidate and Client portfolio, and has established an exceptional relationship with her business partners.

Prior to joining Morgan McKinley, Mary spent a few years within a leading Wealth Management company in Sydney focusing on Consumer Insights, followed by a number of years with a London based Recruitment firm, sourcing Project Management and Management Consultants for top tier Investment Banks and Management Consulting firms.

Mary has developed a full understanding of the factors that affect each market segment, and it is this level of specialisation that enables her to deliver bespoke recruitment solutions to Clients and Candidates.

Mary is well travelled and in her spare time she enjoys creative writing, swimming and socialising.
