As Joint Managing Director of Morgan McKinley's Australian business, Louise oversees and is responsible for strategy development, business management, people leadership, client relationship management and recruitment of senior level permanent and interim positions in the Project Management space for clients within the Financial Services and Public Sectors.

Prior to establishing the business in 2007, Louise was the Senior Manager of one of Sydney's leading Executive Accounting and Finance practices. Louise has 12 years’ executive recruitment industry experience gained in both the London and Sydney markets. She has built successful teams across a wide range of disciplines and recruited senior roles including both interim and permanent appointments.

UK born Louise has a BA in Management Science from Leeds University. In her spare time she enjoys travel, food & drink, theatre and horse riding.
