Laura is a consultant in Morgan McKinley Australia’s Project & Change Management division. Laura specialises in recruiting project management and change management professionals into the financial services and commercial sectors across Sydney. Her areas of specialism include project management, program management, portfolio management, change management, business analysis and process improvement.

Laura has a wealth of recruitment experience, having worked in the industry for over eight years across the UK and Australia. With an exceptional understanding of the whole recruitment cycle, she has built up a strong network of both candidates and clients. As a specialist recruiter, Laura knows the importance of a good fit between companies and the people who work for them. She goes the extra mile to match candidates’ skills and personalities to the needs and company culture of her clients.
Laura holds a Bachelor of Geography from Hull University. In her spare time she enjoys running, going to the gym, listening to music and relaxing at the beach with a good book.
