Eleanor joined Morgan McKinley Ireland in 2006 establishing herself as a successful recruiter within both the IT, Technical and Engineering disciplines. Seeking international experience Eleanor moved to Sydney and continued to develop her career working for a leading global recruitment firm within Manufacturing and Operations.

With a proven track record in the local market Eleanor rejoined the group in Sydney to launch Morgan McKinley's Technical and Operations division. Eleanor specialises in recruiting technical professionals within the engineering, infrastructure, manufacturing and operations sectors.

Eleanor has an exceptional understanding of the hiring process and has built up a strong network of professionals across the Technical and Engineering sector spanning both the Australian and European markets. Eleanor works as a strategic partner with her clients, developing long term relationships and an in-depth understanding of their organisation to ensure she is best positioned to support their evolving business needs.
