Dominic manages a team of consultants specialising in recruiting Accounting and Finance professionals (both permanent and contract) into the financial services sector. As Manager, Dominic develops strategic business partnerships with new and existing high value clients and works with his team to plan and deliver recruitment projects.

Dominic has over ten year’s recruitment experience, having worked with three major agencies in Australia and the UK. Dominic has specialised in financial services recruitment for the past seven years in Sydney, having previously worked as a consultant, team manager and national account manager at one of Australia’s largest recruitment companies.

He has been involved in major contract negotiations, a large scale review project at a major retail bank and delivering a multitude of recruitment products across the financial sector.

Dominic was born in the UK and holds a BA (Hons) in Business and Finance. He is a lover of all sports and is an active patrolling lifesaver at Coogee beach.
