Desiree is a consultant in Morgan McKinley’s Banking team specialising in identifying top-tier risk & compliance professionals within the financial services sector, as well as building consultative relationships with our candidates and clients.

Prior to joining Morgan McKinley, Desiree established herself as a seasoned sales and relationship manager having spent the past seven years in this field, most recently with two years in Institutional Equity Research Sales here in Sydney and four years spent with UBS and JP Morgan in London when she first commenced her career. Desiree has built credible relationships within the market, is RG 146 qualified and is committed to delivering superior results for candidates and clients alike.
