My background
Prior to joining Morgan McKinley, I worked with another international recruitment consultancy in Sydney. As a recruitment consultant, I specialised in placing talent into business support and contact centre roles with particular focus on the banking, finance, insurance and media sectors. I have built my reputation by taking a highly consultative approach, understanding the needs of both client and candidate whilst managing the recruitment process successfully from start to finish. I hold a Degree in Food Science and Technology and a Masters in Food Business from University College Cork in Ireland.
